  • What is your typical response time for client inquiries?

Typically, you can expect a response within 24 hours or less. 


  • Are quotes really free?

Yes, your quote is completely free. Once you submit your request for a quote, I will find the best promotions to fit your vacation needs.


  • What trips/destinations can you book?

I am certified to book Walt Disney World, Disneyland resort, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, a Disney resort & Spa in Hawaii, Adventures by Disney, National Geographic Expeditions, Universal Studios Hollywood, Universal Orlando, Hotel stays, Sandals and Beaches, Car rentals, Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Celebrity, Virgin cruises & more!


  • Are your services also free?

Yes, my services are complimentary and come at no extra charge, so you only pay for your trip while I handle everything else.


  • Can you help me create a customized itinerary?

Yes, I can create and send you a free customized trip itinerary to assist in making your trip a success!


  • Do you offer any packages or deals?

As your TA, I will be monitoring deals and promotions across destinations to ensure that you are getting the best deal possible! I will continue to watch these promotions from the time of booking up until your trip.


  • Once I book, how much will I owe?

Upon booking you will need to pay a deposit, for most reservations; that amount will depend on the destination. Contact me for more information. 


  • How do I pay for my trip reservation?

You can pay with me over the phone or through a secure credit card authorization form from Travefy's PCI-Compliant system.


  • When will my full payment be due?

Your remaining balance on a trip reservation depends upon the destination and package. You can inquire about the specifics by completing the Client Intake form, by clicking 'Contact Me'.


  • Do you accept military discounts?

Some reservations will accept military discounts, please include that you are requesting this discount in the Client Intake form. 


  • My plans have changed, can I cancel my reservation?

The cancellation policies vary by destination and type of reservation. I will include the policy information once you book your trip, in case you need to cancel.


  • Can I add Travel Insurance to my booking?

Most destinations offer travel insurance, your Client Intake form will ask if you require travel insurance- please make sure to select that you would like to add this option. 


  • What added value can you offer me as a customer?

In addition to my complimentary services, you can expect real time assistance during your vacation, follow up after your trip & client gifts for your support as my client.
